The Technical Personal Assistant combines the administrative duties of a personal assistant with technical skills to support a manager or team, encompassing tasks like scheduling, communication, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define, develop, and execute strategic and operational plans for growth and implement new processes/initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Maintaining records, filing, and organizing documents.
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior executives
Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, and IT systems
Develop, implement, and maintain technical processes and procedures
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate as needed
Coordinate projects, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and successful execution
Ensure data security, compliance, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
5+ years of experience in an executive support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Technical proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
