Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert prospective clients for Hub Services.
Outbound Marketing: Lead marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients through various channels.
Sales Conversion: Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into active clients, meeting set conversion targets.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of 8th Gear's offerings to articulate value propositions effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up selling.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technology or venture support environment.
Strong understanding of venture creation, growth strategies, and business support services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
