Primary Duties:

Sales and Business Growth:


Uncover and evaluate potential leads through industry research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
Showcase and demonstrate technical products and services to potential clients, aligning solutions with their business requirements.


Customer Relationship Management:


Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting client partnerships.
Serve as a trusted advisor, comprehending client challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.


Industry Analysis and Strategy:


Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Contribute insights to product development and marketing strategies based on client feedback.


Technical Proficiency:


Develop a comprehensive understanding of ITStack Limited's product and service offerings.
Work alongside technical teams to design customized products and solutions for clients.


Reporting and Forecasting:


Maintain precise records of sales activities within the CRM system.
Compile and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or comparable experience).
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT sector.
Solid grasp of technical products and services, including cloud, security, and networking solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Competence in CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
