Position Summary:

The RMS Engineer provides second-tier technical support, collaborating with department management, technical teams, and supporting departments to resolve multi-platform software and hardware issues.
They work closely with product suppliers' technical coordinators and assist development and administrative users with technical challenges. As a key member of the Solution/Product Support Team, the RMS Engineer ensures the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

Qualification:

First Degree in a related course preferably in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years Of experience in similar role Telecom / Power industry

Skills:

IT Background
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Deep knowledge and understanding of Networks
Practical knowledge and hands-on Network Security
Knowledge and Experience in basic electrical and power circuits is a plus
Project Management certificate is a plus
