Position Overview

We are in search of a meticulously organized and practical Technical/Operations Manager to supervise the daily functions of our office, guarantee flawless project execution, and bolster the technical and commercial aspects of our enterprise. This individual will be instrumental in propelling operational efficiency, fulfilling customer requests, and upholding high standards in service provision.

Primary Duties


Operational & Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily office functions to ensure streamlined workflow and productivity.
Stock Control: Perform regular inventory checks, regulate stock levels, and ensure consistency between digital records and physical inventory.
Project Management: Conduct frequent site visits to monitor installations and confirm adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Sales Assistance: Support deal closures by following up on prospects and clients introduced by the sales department; engage in additional product offerings to current and walk-in customers.
Client Relations: Deliver pre- and post-sales technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Corporate Representation: Act as a company ambassador at conferences, public gatherings, trade shows, and client presentations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively communicate with external installers, suppliers, auditors, regulatory bodies, and board members to ensure smooth operations.
Continuous Improvement: Provide evidence-based feedback and suggestions to leadership to enhance business procedures and surpass growth objectives.


Required Qualifications and Abilities


Bachelor's degree/HND or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical, operational, or supervisory capacity, preferably within the solar energy or technical services sector.
Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-resolution capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in inventory and project administration.
Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with inventory or ERP platforms is advantageous.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project locations.
