The Telemarketing Officers will be accountable for generating leads and converting prospects into customers for various loan products such as personal loans and business loans through outbound calls. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a thorough understanding of the lending products offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
Clearly explain features, benefits, terms, and conditions of loan offerings.
Generate and qualify leads to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of prospects and follow up consistently to ensure conversion.
Arrange appointments for interested leads with field sales or relationship managers.
Ensure compliance with all telemarketing regulations and company policies.
Gather and record accurate customer information and update CRM systems.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Persuasive and confident in pitching products over the phone.
