The ideal candidate must be a dynamic telesales professional with a passion for closing deals. He/she will be responsible for:
Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients within the oil and gas, marine, and construction sectors.
Presenting our training and human capital development services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Identifying client needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
Handling objections, providing detailed product information, and closing sales over the phone.
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients using CRM software.
Collaborating with our marketing and training teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in a telesales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oil and gas, marine, or construction industries is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage and track sales leads.
Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle objections and provide tailored solutions to clients.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and industry trends.
Qualifications/Requirements
BSC/HND, M.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Proven track record in closing sales is an advantage.
