Job Summary


We are a business based in Ikeja currently looking to hire a proactive and result oriented Tele Sales Officer to join our team.
You will be Involved in marketing the products and services we offer.
You will be experienced in both traditional & online sales/marketing techniques within the business services environment and be able to develop a client base within a short time frame.


Job Description


Generate new Leads & Business deals;
You will be contacting potential customers to make appointments;
Create & utilize sales process to get new business;
Provide quotes and proposals to potential clients;
Arrange Technical Meetings & Presentations with clients
You will be required to develop Telephone Scripts as needed;
Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on achieving set goals & targets;
You will be required to carry out other Telesales related activities.


Job Requirements


Minimum qualification of HND.
Understand the Tele Sales process;
A Result Oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work;
An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills;
Able to work with own Initiative plus challenge firmly held assumptions;
Excellent command of English Language - Written and Spoken;
Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills.


Experience:


Minimum of 2 years professional experience;
Must be proficient in utilizing the various social media platforms;
Be creative and have the ability to use one's initiative;
Proficient in Microsoft applications;
Must be an excellent team player;
Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised.


Skills:


A good understanding of how to use social media platform for Telesales;
A Result Oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work;
Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills;
Able to work with own Initiative plus challenge firmly held assumptions;
