Trainee Catering & Hotel Management

We are recruiting capable individuals who are eager to learn for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:


Strive to achieve the competencies outlined in a training plan
Complete the training and assessments specified in the training plan
Maintain and present the training record when requested
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Participate in meetings and workshops
Undergo all forms of evaluation during the traineeship
Visit different sites and gain hands-on experience in new work environments
Collaborate closely with staff to cultivate professional values and establish positive relationships
Prepare reports and deliver presentations to staff members and other stakeholders


QUALIFICATIONS:


HND/OND in Catering & Hotel Management from an accredited institution
Capacity to maintain composure under pressure
Ability to work effectively in a team and in any location within the country
Strong observational skills and a desire to learn
Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication skills
Eagerness to learn, intelligence, and forward-thinking with the ability to work independently
