Job Description:


 We seek an experienced and results-driven Client Success Manager (Travel) with a strong background in sales and Customer Service.
The ideal candidate will oversee travel operations, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships.


 Key Responsibilities:


Support our Study Abroad students & Leisure Travel Clients (Visa Preparation) 
Lead and manage the teams (Trav4College & sister company) to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s travel services.
Oversee corporate and leisure travel bookings, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
Monitor travel trends and industry developments to enhance service offerings.
Train and mentor staff to improve sales performance and customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.


 Requirements:


3-5 years’ experience as a Travel/Study Abroad Manager/ Team Lead within the travel/study abroad industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
A degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
