Job Description
Responsible for formulating and implementing plans for the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet, ensuring orderly execution.
Responsible for arranging and guiding staff to complete work tasks, and tracking and supervising work progress.
Responsible for safety measures in vehicle maintenance and upkeep, ensuring compliance with operational norms and safety measures.
Responsible for auditing and accepting the quality of vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance with requirements.
Responsible for coordinating cooperation between the maintenance department and other departments to ensure smooth maintenance and upkeep work.
Responsible for reporting on the completion of maintenance for the day and the progress of maintenance plans for the next day.
Requirements:
A first degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and management in a large truck repair shop
Familiarity with the repair of engines, gearboxes, chassis, electrical circuits of large trucks; proficient in computer document processing, etc.
