Key Responsibilities:

  • To recruit a team of Financial Advisers
  • To ensure and maintain levels of productivity
  • To develop various business segments
  • To train Financial Planners
  • To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations

Profile:

  • Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, BSC, HND

Critical Competencies:

  • Good Communication and team building Skills
  • Training and motivation capabilities
  • Must have managed a team
  • Measures of success: Achievement of sales targets and others parameters, retention of Financial Planners
