Job Description

As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers through a mobile sales approach.
You will operate a company van to deliver products, maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Sales and Promotion:

Actively sell products to existing and potential customers through designated routes.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Inventory Management:

Maintain appropriate stock levels in the van.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

Route Management:

Plan and execute efficient daily routes to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Ensure the van is well-maintained and presentable.

Qualifications

HND, ND, Diploma, or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in van sales or direct sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
