Key Responsibilities

Well Test Operations Management:


Organize, coordinate, and supervise all well testing operations, including flowback, clean-up, and data acquisition.
Ensure proper installation and operation of well test equipment, such as separators, flow meters, and flare stacks.
Observe test parameters and provide real-time interpretation of well performance data.


HSE Compliance & Risk Management:


Guarantee strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and industry regulations.
Perform risk assessments and hazard identification before and during operations.
Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection during flaring and fluid disposal.


Equipment & Maintenance:


Verify well test equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in optimal working condition.
Manage logistics for mobilization and demobilization of well test equipment.
Identify and resolve any operational issues during testing.


Personnel Management & Coordination:


Oversee well test operators and crew members, ensuring compliance with work schedules and job scopes.
Offer training and mentorship to crew members.
Collaborate with on-site company representatives, field engineers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.


Data Acquisition & Reporting:


Guarantee accurate data recording and reporting of well test results.
Produce detailed well test reports and provide recommendations for production optimization.
Collaborate closely with reservoir and production engineers to interpret test data.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Elect / Elect, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in well testing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of EPF and trucking operations in oil and gas production.
Proficiency in well test interpretation, PVT analysis, and production optimization.
Hands-on experience with well test equipment, including separators, meters, and flare stacks.
Valid HSE and offshore/onshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, H2S, First Aid, etc.).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:


Experience in multi-phase flow metering and production logging tools.
Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing and artificial lift techniques.
Strong understanding of well integrity, flow assurance, and sand management.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
