We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Open the store promptly, ensuring all systems and displays are ready for the day.
Clean and organize the store before sales begin to maintain a welcoming environment.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Update daily sales and inventory reports accurately in the ERP system.
Take customer reviews and feedback to help improve service quality.
Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to your supervisor.
Support the team with daily operations.
Handle and complete order-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N85,000 monthly.
