The Role

  • As our Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary mission is to maximise Nigeria’s enterprise sales potential - securing partnerships with QSRs, HoReCa groups, institutional caterers, and airlines that define the foodservice landscape, while keeping expansion into WA in view.
  • This role demands more than closing deals; it requires building structures and playbooks that make A&C the benchmark for how enterprise food sales are done in Nigeria.
  • While your focus will be firmly on achieving dominance here, your depth of experience and network should naturally position you as the leader who can extend that success when the time is right.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute a national enterprise sales strategy that delivers real dominance in Nigeria.
  • Unlock multi-billion Naira partnerships across QSR chains, HoReCa groups, institutional caterers, and airlines.
  • Build, strengthen, and scale distribution networks across all categories and territories.
  • Consistently hit and surpass ₦B+ annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate landmark contracts with decision-makers at the highest level.
  • Shape the sales organisation of the future, ensuring we are built for scale.

What You Bring

  • 10–20+ years in FMCG / Food & Beverage sales leadership.
  • A proven record of delivering ₦B+ revenue annually.
  • Deep experience across QSR, HoReCa, RTM, and enterprise B2B sales.
  • The ability to design and build distribution channels from the ground up.
  • Nationwide networks; readiness to take proven success to the next level when needed.
  • Gravitas, confidence, and authority - you lead from the front, and people follow.
