Job Summary

• We’re hiring an F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Food and beverages department at Independence Layout, Enugu State.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
• Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain high standards of food and drinks quality, hygiene, and safety
• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Achieve sales targets and manage working materials efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
