We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, screen calls and emails, draft correspondence, and represent the CEO to internal and external stakeholders.
• Arrange all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, and prepare itineraries.
• Develop and maintain efficient filing systems, organize documents, prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, which may include managing expenses, conducting research, and overseeing office-related tasks.
• Identify and solve challenges, anticipate the ED's needs, and take initiative to ensure smooth operations in the ED's absence.
• Handle sensitive and classified information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel, and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize time.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
