Role Overview
The Regional Hub Executive will serve as Friska’s representative within their designated region, managing local deliveries, coordinating customer orders, handling payments, and ensuring timely communication with the Lagos head office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong knowledge of their local environment and the ability to manage stock and fulfillment independently.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm and fulfill customer orders promptly (same-day/next-day where possible). Professionally communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone. Manage stock levels and request restocks before depletion. Handle customer transfer payments daily into company accounts. Track and report all deliveries, payments, and reconciliations using provided tools. Supervise or directly carry out deliveries within your assigned city. Resolve customer issues or escalate to the head office where necessary. Maintain accurate daily records of sales, deliveries, and stock balance. Represent Friska’s brand values of respect, reliability, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years. Resident in Ibadan, Port Harcourt or Calabar with reliable access to delivery services Own a WhatsApp-enabled smartphone with stable internet. Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Strong local knowledge and ability to manage operations independently. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
