Position Summary


This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Manager situated in Calabar.
The Restaurant Manager will be accountable for supervising the daily operations of a single restaurant location, ensuring high-quality food preparation, delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving operational excellence.


Required Qualifications


Proficiency in Restaurant Management, Operations, and People Management
Expertise in Customer Service and Quality Control
Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes
Experience in Financial Management and Budgeting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Minimum of 3 years Management Experience in the QSR industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science or a related field
Must possess SSCE (minimum of 5 credits including English & Math)
MUST have completed the mandatory NYSC program
First degree in Food Science or other relevant disciplines
