Job Title: Customer Representative

Location: Bodija - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, and ensure utmost delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer representative or any related role.
Experience working in a laundry company is an added advantage
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
