Responsibilities

You’ll focus on:

Talent Management & Succession Planning:


Support the execution of talent review processes and succession planning frameworks.
Lead the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants
Maintain talent databases and dashboards for monitoring employee readiness and mobility.
Partner with line managers to identify high-potential employees and career development pathways.


Learning & Development (L&D):


Coordinate learning needs assessments and development planning processes.
Support the design and delivery of learning programs (classroom, e-learning, workshops).
Track and report on training effectiveness, participation, and impact.


Employee Development & Engagement:


Facilitate career development programs, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
Support implementation of talent engagement and retention strategies.
Contribute to employee value proposition (EVP) projects around growth and development.


Analytics & Reporting:


Generate insights and reports on talent metrics, succession pipelines, and L&D activities.
Monitor trends and best practices in talent management and recommend improvements.


Requirements & Skills

You'll be a good fit for this role if you have experience with:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (HR certifications are an advantage).
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in talent management, learning & development, or employee engagement.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and measure training and engagement programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of talent management frameworks, performance management systems, and L&D practices
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and digital collaboration tools.
