To support the Company by taking responsibility of Human Resource management, L&D, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Process, Compensation and Wages Structure, enhance the planning, implementing and evaluate employees relations, policies and practices
Responsibilities
Providing senior management with a dashboard for all HR related issues. Implementing of a robust end-to-end HR process; adopting best practices and uniform HR policies. Assessing knowledge and skill gaps of all staff. Advertising management on a way these gaps can be closed. Effectively managing daily office administration and internal operations. Taking responsibility and custody of all staff and company confidential documents and files. Develop and implement HR strategy and contribute to the development and execution of corporate strategy Implementing an effective learning and development management system, performance management system and manpower development training. Designing an employee welfare and benefits framework and processes (loan, pension and leave). Engaging in recruitment and talent hunts for benefits to complement existing team Developing and implementing medium and long terms succession plans for all employees engaged. Overseeing the administration and HR functions including but not limited to matters pertaining to recruitment, termination, deployment, compensation and discipline of personnel including:
Updating staff handbooks. Undertaking regular salary reviews Interpreting and advising on employment laws. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
