Job Description

  • We need a Customer Service Officer to support our online and offline customer service:
  • Manage social media posting schedules for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Create engaging and appropriate video content.
  • Escalate and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of OND
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bonus: Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
