Bode Adediji Partnership (BAP) is a multi-disciplinary professional firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. Established in 1992, BAP offers a wide range of real estate services, including property valuation, project management, estate agency, property design and development, and facilities management. The firm is known for its expertise in determining the monetary worth of assets such as property, plant, machinery, and equipment.

BAP's corporate head office is located at No.15, Bishop Oluwole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. The firm has also been involved in several landmark projects, including the management and sale of INEC Plaza in Abuja, the acquisition and project management of ALVITA Ikoyi Flats, and the valuation of the Abuja Sheraton Hotel.

The firm is led by Bode Adediji, the Group Executive Chairman, who has played a prominent role in the Nigerian real estate sector for over 25 years. Bode Adediji is a member of various professional and business organizations, including the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor & Valuer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals accurately.
• Scout for new properties and expand the company's portfolio.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for property marketing, leveraging both online and offline channels.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance property visibility and engagement.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate property sales and rentals.
• Prepare and present detailed property reports and documentation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or valuation.
• Proficiency in property marketing and sales techniques, both online and offline.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their use in property marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in Estate Management or a related field is optional but advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
150,000 - 250,000 Monthly.
