Job Title: Operations & Staff Manager

Location: Sangotedo, Ajah - Lagos

Job Summary

• The company is seeking reliable and organized candidates to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure smooth business operations.
• The Operations & Staff Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company runs efficiently, staff remain productive, and operations are well-coordinated.
• This person will act as the bridge between management and employees—supervising workflow, maintaining discipline, and ensuring high standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across all departments.
• Ensure staff are performing their duties effectively and meeting targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee attendance, staff welfare, and discipline.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff when needed.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain communication between management and staff.
• Ensure the work environment is organized, safe, and efficient.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• 3 – 5 years of experience managing people or operations (production industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and results-driven.
• Resides within or near Sangotedo/Ajah axis.

Salary
N200,000 / month
