About the Role

  • We're hiring a Marketing & Lead Generation Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, storytelling and commercial results.
  • This isn't just a content creation role, you'll own our entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy, leading generation and client acquisition efforts, and managing digital marketing initiatives to position EquiGlobal Solutions as a thought leader.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Building (40%):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, website, email, and thought leadership platforms.
  • Create engaging content including LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and video.
  • Craft persona-specific messaging for CEOs, Operations Directors, CHROs, and Board Members.
  • Position EquiGlobal Solutions as a thought leader in purpose-driven business strategy and values-based consulting.
  • Maintain brand consistency and elevate our voice in the market.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition (40%):

  • Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, partnerships)
  • Build and manage prospect pipelines, nurturing leads through the sales funnel
  • Conduct targeted outreach to mid-market companies, SMEs, and organisations seeking to align purpose with profit.
  • Optimise conversion paths from initial contact to booked consultations.
  • Track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics and collaborate with the CEO to convert leads into signed clients.

Digital Marketing & Analytics (20%):

  • Manage and optimise our digital presence (website, SEO, social media)
  • Implement marketing automation and CRM systems to streamline lead management
  • Monitor engagement, reach and conversion metrics
  • Test and refine messaging, CTAs, and campaign strategies based on performance data
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay current with trends in responsible business and ethical consulting.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing or Marketing Analytics
  • MustbebasedinNigeria(remotetemporaryindependentcontract).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or business development (B2B professional services experience highly valued).

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to revenue growth
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
  • Proficiency inLinkedIn and YouTube marketing, email campaigns, and content-driven lead generation
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise campaigns
  • Able to work independently and multi-taskeffectively in a remote environment
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented approach
  • Strong alignment with our values: integrity, sustainability, and purpose-driven business.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or purpose-driven/values-based sectors
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and advanced marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO, website optimisation, and digital advertising
  • Experience creating video content, managing webinars, etc
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling
  • Interest in ethical business practices, sustainability and human rights.

Contract Details & Remuneration

  • Remuneration: N150,000 – N300,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Contract Type: Temporary Independent Contract (Full-Time Remote)
  • Location: Nigeria-based (required)
  • Working Arrangement: Full-time remote with flexible hours
  • Commission: Additional commission offered for secured contracts and performance-based bonuses
  • Reporting: Direct to CEO.
