To ensure the uninterrupted availability of high-quality production materials (both micro and macro ingredients) by efficiently managing the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to vendor engagement, purchase order issuance, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the process of Purchase Requisition Notes by following up the approval channels towards timely closure of materials requested. Prepare and submit weekly status reports of Purchase Requisition Notes to ensure bottlenecks are reduced to the barest minimum and escalate delays to line manager for quick resolution. Coordinate the issuance of LPOs to vendors, monitor the timely delivery of material and follow-up the process for prompt payment of invoices. Provide support for direct sourcing contacts and execute buying without middlemen. Assist in the movement of grains in different locations and develop market intelligence information with information trend for management.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND in social sciences/management disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or feed industry.

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain positive vendor relationships. Be highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills. Be knowledgeable in inventory control and supply chain processes.
