Job Description

As a Sales Person, you will:


Promote and sell our land/property offerings
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, DMs, and physical marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Conduct site inspections and property tours
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies.


Who Can Apply?


Fresh graduates, NYSC members, or anyone passionate about sales
Individuals with experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or FMCG sales
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Asaba.


Required Skill Set:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
Self-motivated and target-driven
Social media savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided)
Must be willing to learn and work as a team.


Salary & Compensation


Monthly Base Pay: N75,000 - N100,000 (based on target met/achieved)
Commission: Up to 15% per closed deal
Performance Bonus: Up to 75% Salary Increase Per Year (based on quarterly targets met)
Transport Allowance: Support provided for marketing/site visits (A car is available for transportation as well)
