Reporting to the Station Manager, the Station Supervisor would be responsible for the smooth Operation of the Filling Station. Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the stations. Responsible for effective Customer Service and Relationship Management. Manages the Logistic Officers. Ensures an effective storage system as well as Managing Minimum and Maximum Stock Level. Ensure the station is profitably run. Manges the Pump Attendants for effective Service Delivery. Prepare and Send Daily Reports. Carry out Price and Competition Survey as well as Product Analysis . Interface and Liaise with regulatory bodies. Such as: NMDPRA, Pedan, e.t.c
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and HND in Business Administration or similar course of study from a Reputable University. 2+ Years Relevant Cognate Experience as a Filling Station Supervisor. Must be Passionate, Hardworking, Honest and Result Oriented.
