Roxbury Leisure Homes is a leading real estate and property development company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: VGC, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and functionality of all company facilities.
  • Supervise repair, cleaning, and security operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle tenant requests, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in facility or property management (real estate industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
