Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Design Architect to lead our design team in delivering exceptional projects that showcase our expertise in wood, furniture, and interior design.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions that incorporate wood, furniture, and interior design elements.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior design team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or a related field, with a focus on wood, furniture, and interior design.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing projects.
• Excellent design skills, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in wood, furniture, and interior design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
