Report to and work closely with the Programme Manager in planning and implementing programmes/projects aligned with TBLF’s vision and mission. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that contribute to the success of the organization. Plan, organize, and ensure the successful delivery of programmes such as conferences, workshops, and trainings targeted at young people and stakeholders. Liaise with partners, speakers, facilitators, volunteers, and beneficiaries to ensure the effective delivery of the program. Establish and manage strategic relationships with potential and existing partners. Apply proper project management practices, ensuring alignment with TBLF’s internal processes. Work with the communications unit to promote programmes, services, and impact across various media. Collaborate with the M&E unit to prepare impact reports on all programmes. Develop and manage programme budgets with transparency and efficiency. Prepare programme briefs, reports, and other communication materials. Represent the Foundation at stakeholder meetings, trainings, and events. Perform other duties as may arise in line with the organization’s growth and needs.
Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, Project Management, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a program officer within a non-profit or development organization.

Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation tools and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
